What’s the Buzz
PRELICENSING ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Prospective students must complete and execute a "Certificate" prior to the beginning of the first schedule class meeting. The Certificate, which outlines the rights and obligations of the School and the Student, has been approved by and is required by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.

Students must have basic education skills required for successful completion of the course and be at least 18 years of age. It is recommended that a prospective student have a high school diploma or have earned a GED before enrolling.
BROKER POSTLICENSING PROGRAM
The 90-hour Postlicensing Education Program consists of three 30-hour courses prescribed by the Commission which may be taken in any sequence.
Post 301 - Brokerage Relationships and Responsibilities
Post 302 - Contracts and Closing
Post 303 - NC Laws, Rules and Legal Concepts

Per the NCREC Provisional Brokers can NOT get Postlicensing credit for the new Post 303 IF they have already taken 303 previously.
