Elective Course Description
This course is a survey of ethical situations brokers regularly encounter in the market and it requires brokers to "stop, read, think, and apply" the REALTOR Code of Ethics. This course fulfills the 4 hour NCREC CE elective and NAR REALTOR Ethics requirement cycle that ends December 2024.
